For your Vulkano to work properly it must contact the Monsoon Multimedia finder service occasionally.
It does this so when you run the player programs they know where and at what IP address your Vulkano is located.

At anytime you can check your Vulkano by going to;
“https://208.69.230.50/getHavaIp?hava_name=YourVulkano’sName”

But we have made it easy for you check right here without having to remember the correct URL address.
Simply enter the name of your Vulkano below. We do not collect any data and no entries are saved. If you are concerned with this you can use the manual link above.

Just remember correct punctuation and spelling is a must. For example ‘Vulkano’ is not the same as ‘vulkano’

Once you click on submit a window will open below showing you the feedback from the Vulkano Server.
Depending on your entry it may take several seconds to give back your results.
You may have to scroll down to see the window after submitting.
Enter the name you have given to your Vulkano

.

  1. Hi, my vulkano always unavailable after a few days thru my PC or iphone. I would need to reboot it every few days. If not then I would get a message that it’s been turned off or unavailable.

  3. Do you get that both local or remote? Is it possible you have it setup for UPnP and it is losing it's port forward.

    You may want to set up a manual port forward then.

  4. If turning off UPNP does not correct the issue.  Make sure you also have the latest Firmware installed. You may need to replace your router with a Netgear 3700 or some other modle.

    Also read the last post in the thread.
