Monsoon Multimedia has recently released quite a few updates to their firmware.
Have you checked to make sure you are at the latest version?
The latest firmware version for the Platinum or Deluxe is 18/803325, released 2011.12.29.
The latest firmware version for the FLOW is 26/805000, released 2012.01.02.
and The latest firmware version for the Blast is 36/803325, released 2012.01.03.
You can check your Vulkano to make sure it is on the latest version and if not use it to install the latest, but if you need to manually install themt you can get them from our download area here.
