Vulkano is not responding - May have been turned off or disconnected

Over the past two days I have gotten this error when trying to connect to my Vulkano. I am viewing it remotely from another state and I know none of the wires have been disconnected nor has it been turned off. The Vulkano is port forwarded on a static IP.


The first time it occurred I had someone physically unplug the unit and plug it back in and it was then able to connect. Once connected the audio was completely out of sync with the picture. I then used the Settings feature to restart the Vulkano. Once it restarted I again got this error that the Vulkano is not responding / may have been disconnected or turned off.


In trying to reset the unit to correct one error now I am getting this.. Any solutions available here?
