I'm having the same problem.
Noticed it a week or so ago, fully expecting it to update beyond the 7th. It has not. BTW, I'm running the Vulkano PC player v1.8.3.129 on Windows 7. Here's what I have done so far (with no success):
Deleted two EPG data xml files in:
C:/Users/Travis/AppData/Local/Monsoon Multimedia/Vulkano/EPG
Restarted the player. It downloaded 2 new xml EPG data files. No change in EPG data displayed.
I noticed that the HEPGConfig.xml file references xml files for February 6th to February 21st. However, the player software is only downloading xml files for February 6th & 7th. I don't know if this is normal, since I've never looked at this folder before this issue. Also, even though I have an xml file for the 7th, there is no program data after 6pm central time, as the poster above indicates.
Here is the content of my HEPGConfig.xml file:

(I added the carriage returns in an attempt to make it easier to read on the forum)
I renamed the original HEPGConfig.xml file and deleted the two EPG xml data files (again) and reran the player software. I watched the folder as the 3 new files were written to it. No change in EPG data.
I viewed the EPG data file dated the 7th in Notepad. The last entry it shows is a program ending at 6pm today, consistent with what the Player's EPG shows. Each of these files is about 4.3mb in size.
I'm curious to know how many EPGChProg#CAB#{yadda#yadda#yadda}.xml files I'm supposed to have. Is it just 2? Or is it the 16 referenced in the HEPGConfig.xml file above?
I attempted to view the EPG on the Vulkano itself, but could not get the video to come up on my projector (recurring problem). I have not tried moving the Vulkano to another TV to view the EPG data (it's a hassle).
I'm having the same exact problem on my Windows 7 laptop. Have not tried installing Vulkano PC Player on an old Vista laptop yet. Will do so later in the day. Also have not tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nor reinstalling an older version of the software. I have tried rebooting both Windows 7 machines since the problem was first noticed.
I have been using the guide on zap2it.com to find programs that I want to record, then going to my Vulkano EPG to program the recording. Zap2it is easier to navigate than the Vulkano EPG, especially since you can create a favorites channel list (takes a list of 300 channels down to 30). Programming the recording on the Vulkano EPG is easy, once you find it. But until I get this fixed, I guess I'll have to create manual recordings.
Posted this to the Vulkano PC Player forum, as well.

Just did a fresh install of Vulkano PC Player on a Vista laptop that has never had it installed before. Same result as in my post above. Watched the EPG folder get the data xml file get written to it as the player ran for the first time.
Only one data file was written, though. Dated 2012-02-06.
Starting to wonder if a setting in the Vulkano itself directs which days' EPG data the player should download.

I have been on Monsoon for a few days on this issue – which I noticed 8 days ago. I have emailed and called them. Their latest response was sent to me Feb 6: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have identified the issue with our EPG servers due to which the EPG data is not getting refreshed. Our engineers are working on it. It would be fixed soon."
