No EPG data on DirecTV for Los Angeles?

I just set up my Flow and so far so good except I'm having a major problem with EPG. I'm in Los Angeles, when I set my provider up as DirecTV Los Angeles there is no EPG data at all. However, if I set my provider up as DirecTV then I get EPG data but no local channels are listed. Since the majority of the TV I watch is network programming the lack of local channels is a major problem for me.

 

Same exact results on a Mac, PC and two Android devices.

 

Is this just a LA problem? Do other regions get local channels on DirecTV or is the EPG for DTV totally broken?
